Diagnostic Helpers

When opening a PMR with IBM, you will often be asked to send them some specific diagnostics so they can investigate further. IBM has recently issued some new guidance on transmitting this information to the DB2 support team via FTP. The old information APAR(II14631) has been closed and replaced with a new one: II11945.
